本当は今日から志賀高原にスキーに出かける予定でしたが、中止しました。
残念。

今日もお料理当番。
新年になって、お料理当番の回数が増えています。
しばらく緊急事態宣言の中で、お料理の回数が増えそうです。
今日は手巻き寿司。
スズキ、サヨリ、真鯵、ヤリイカ、ミズタコ、サーモン、シマアジ、シラウオ、マグロ
スズキのお腹に白子がいっぱい入っていました。
試しに焼いてみたら、びっくり美味しい。まるでフグの白子みたい。
やっぱり手巻き寿司は最高です！
1本目 ドメーヌ ド ベレーヌ サントネイ シャルム ドシュ 2016
久しぶりの銘醸ドメーヌが造るブルゴーニュの白ワイン。
綺麗なワインです。素晴らしいバランスの奥に、完熟した甘いブドウのエッセンスを感じます。
ツルんとした透明な口あたりも素晴らしい。
いや、これは極め付けに美味しいですねー。
さすが、ニコラさん。
2本目 クリスタルム ピーター マックス ピノ・ノワール 2019
赤も何か良いブルゴーニュにしようと思ったのですが、迷った挙げ句にこの南アフリカの稀少なピノ・ノワールを抜きました。
豊かなピノの果実味、サラリとした上品な口当たりの奥に、とても複雑な味わいが見え隠れします。
少し早く抜き過ぎたかもしれませんが、やはりとても美味しかったです。

1st Domaine de Bellene Santenay Les Charmes Dessus 2016
It was the first time I had tasted a Burgundy white wine produced by a fine winery in these day.
What a wonderful white wine is this!
I felt pure fruits, fine acidity and elegant minerals.
I also felt the essence of perfect mature grapes.
So delicious!
2nd Crystallum Peter Max Pinot Noir 2019
I was going to taste some fine Burgundy Piot Noir at first.
But I opened this super fine South Africa Pinot Noir.
It was a very nice Pinot Noir.
I felt rich fruits, fine red berry, silky tannin and comfortable after taste.
I also felt a lot of very complex flavors.
I might open this one earlier.
I should buy one more bottle.
