お昼に、「エビ、ホタテ、エノキとキャベツのパスタ」を作りました。
見た目はともかく、これ美味しく出来ました。
今夜はホームアローンの一人飯なので、ワインは１本にします。
シャトー フォングラーブ ロゼ 2019 1,450円 ＋ 税
ボルドー・ガロンヌ川上流域のサン・マケール地区でサスティナブル農法で栽培されたメルロー100%で仕込まれたロゼワイン。
ワタシの長年の友人フランソワが真面目に造っています。
すっかりとしたドライな飲み口に、澄み切ったピュアな赤いベリー系の果実味。
酸とミネラル感もいい感じです。
美味しいロゼって、とても良いです。
特に一本だけ飲むなら、ロゼが一番かな？

I cooked a pasta at lunch.
It looked no good but the taste was very good.
Because I had a dinner alone, I tasted only one bottle tonight.
Chateau Fongrave Rose 2019 1450 yen + tax
It made from 100% Merlot grown in Saint-Macaire Bordeaux by sustainable method.
Francois, who is the owner & winemaker and my old friend, produces this one with his big passion.
I felt clean-dry flavor, nice red berries, good acidity and fine minerals.
I am sure again that the good Rose is so nice.
Especially, when you drink only one bottle of wine, I recommend to choose a good Rose.
