ラングドック地方ミネルヴォワ産の白ワイン。
自然農法で栽培されたソーヴィニヨンブラン90％とシャルドネ10%のブレンドです。
これも透きとおるようなキレイなワイン。
白桃と思わせるリッチな果実味が印象的です。
ミネラル感もしっかりあるので、飲み口は爽快そのもの。
キンキンに冷やしていただきました。
2本目 ベルクール ピノ・ノワール 2018 1,250円 ＋ 税
これもキンキンに冷やして飲みました。
やっぱ、夏の赤はピノ・ノワールが一番だと思う。
赤いベリー系の果実味に、しっかりとした酸、さらりとした舌ざわり。
おいしいです。おいしいです。おいしいです。

1st Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2018 1100 yen + tax
It is made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay grown in Minervois Languedoc by natural farming.
It is a really clean and fresh white wine.
I felt very rich fruits like a peach, beautiful acidity and fine minerals.
It was really tasty.
I tasted this one with the ice temperature.
2nd Bellecourt Pinot Noir 2018 1250 yen + tax
I tasted this one with ice temperature, too.
I think Pinot Noir is the best red wine in summer.
I felt rich red berries, good acidity, comfortable tannin and nice mouthfeel.
It is the perfect Pinot Noir for me in this class.
