庭の紫陽花が色づきました。

新発売の「本格派ワインばかりのペログビセット」で購入。
夏場のクール便対応で今回は10本セットですが、その分中身のワインは充実しています。
これは南仏ミネルヴォワ産の白ワイン。
メソッド・クイジニエという特殊な自然農法で栽培されたヴィオニエとヴェルメンティーノのブレンドです。
この白ワイン、凄く美味しいです。
キレるようなミネラル感に、贅沢なフルーツ感。蜂蜜やアップルパイのような香ばしいニュアンスもあります。
ミネルヴォワって赤ワインが大半ですが、こんな綺麗な白も出来るんだ。
これは美味しい！
2本目 サンジャック・ダルバ ドメーヌ・ダルバ ミネルヴォワ 2016 1,450円 ＋ 税
「ラングドックで一番好きな産地はどこ？」って聞かれたら、ワタシは迷わずミネルヴォワと答えます。
強くて濃いめのワインが多いラングドックですが、ミネルヴォワの赤はエレガント系。
どこかブルゴーニュを思わせるニュアンスがあります。
このワイナリーのオーナーは、グラハム・ナッター氏という大金持ちのイギリス人。
元々彼は有名なワイン蒐集家で、特にブルゴーニュが大好き。
自宅のセラーには、年代別のロマネコンティーがゴロゴロしています。
そんなオーナーなので、サンジャック・ダルバもエレガント系。
アルコール度数も13%と私好み。
熟した果実香、プラムを思わせるなめらかな果実味、ブドウそのものの表情がしっかりと見えます。
実に優雅なワインですね。
シラー、グルナッシュ、ムールヴェドルのブレンドです。

1st Chateau Saint-Jacques d’Albas Domaine D’Albas Blanc 2017 1450 yen + tax It is made from Viognier and Vermentino grown in the estate vineyards in Minervois by “Method Cousinié, a special natural farming.
It is really, really tasty.
I felt outstandingly fine minerals, gorgeous fruits and many charming tastes.
Minervois produces mostly re wine but there is such nice white wine.

I will answer, ” It is Minervois.” With no doubt.
Languedoc produces mostly strong style red wines but the style of Minervois is elegant.
I felt very rich fruits, charming red berries and ultra-mild tannins.
It has some Burgundy wine nuance, I think.
Very delicious!
