新しいホームページを立ち上げるために一日引きこもってワインリストを作成。
仕事の後、夕食のお刺身だけ担当しました。
通勤時間がないので、こんな事もできますね。
1本目 マルキドボーラン シャルドネ 2018 750円 ＋ 税
昨日、マルキドボーラン以外のワインが飲みたいというdaimajoさまの要望に応えてベルクールを抜きました。
で、今日は「やっぱりマルキドボーランは美味しい。」とdaimajoさまに言ってもらおうと思って、マルキを抜きました。
日記の演出上の仕込みです。
ところが思惑がはずれました。
「ワタシはマルキドボーランは飲みたくないって言ってるでしょ！（怒）」と不快感があらわです。
daimajoさまは、マルキを飲まずに水を飲み始めました。そんなあ。。。
食卓は険悪なムードに。。。
こんなに美味しいのに。罰があたるぞ。
2本目 サンジャックダルバ プティ サンジャック ルージュ 2018 1,200円 + 税
本当はマルキのカベルネを飲もうと思っていたのですが、この険悪なムードに油を注ぐことになると思いやめました。
代わりに、このラングドック・ミネルヴォワの自然派ワインを抜きました。
メソッド・クージニエというホメオパシー系の独自の自然農法で栽培したカベルネとシラーのブレンドです。
アルコール度数が14%と、いつもの家飲みワインより高めなので、daimajoさま的にはどうかとも思いましたが、ワタシにも意地があります。
そうそう選ぶワインで、いちいちケチをつけられるのは嫌です。
ま、若い頃なら大げんかのところですが、daimajoさまは水を飲むのをやめて、おとなしくこの赤ワインを飲んでします。
フルボディタイプのワインですが、ミネルヴォワの柔らかさがあって美味しいですね。
話題も切り替えて、幸い大事にはいたりませんでした。

After I worked at home, I cooked a part of dinner.
Sashimi
Because I need not a commuting, I have the time to cook.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Cahrdonnay 2018 750 yen + tax
Because daimaj-sama said ” I want to drink wine except Marquis de Beau Rond.
” yesterday, I opened Bellecourt.
Today, I want her to say ” After all, Marquis de Beau Rand is tasty!”
Then I opened this one.
But she looked angry. She didn’t drink this one and drank water.
We were in a foul mood.

2nd Saint-Jacque d’Albas Petit Saint- Jacque Rouge 2018 1200 yen + tax At first, I was going to open Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon but I didn’t.
Obviously, that is like throwing gasoline on a fire.
Then I opened this Minervois rouge.
It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grown by Method Cuisinier, which is a kind of organic method.
At first, I was concerned that this red wine was too much heavy for daimajo-sama.
But she stopped drinking water and started tasting this one tamely.
It is a full-bodied style red wine but also has very good elegance of Minervois.
We solved a bad mood before it became serious.
Good.
