新会社の銀行口座が出来ました。
だんだんホントの会社っぽくなってきましたよ。
今日もまた別の友人夫婦からのお誘いで、オンラインワイン会を開きました。
LINEをパソコンに同期させたら、画面が大きくて話がしやすかったです。
意外と楽しくて3時間もはなしこんじゃいました。
1本目 山崎ワイナリー シャルドネ 2018 3,430円 ＋ 税
せっかくオンラインワイン会なので、少し良いワインを抜きました。
お相手のイタリア好きの夫婦も、ラディコンとかヴァレンティーノとか飲んでいます。
山崎の2018年シャルドネは、はじめてです。
おっと、強烈な酸！ 絞ったばかりのレモン汁のような強い酸。
すっぱいけど、美味しい！ とにかくピュアな口当たり。
だんだん酸になれてくると豊かな果実味が見えてきます。
うーん、きれいなワインです。透きとおるような味わい。
はじめ驚きましたが、やっぱり山崎ワイナリーはすごいですね。
この酸は確信犯とみましたよ。
2本目 キャメルファーム ウニタ プライベートリザーブ NV 3,880円
カルディコーヒーで購入しました。
カルディを運営するオーバーシーズが余市に建てたワイナリーです。
ブドウ畑は、木村さんのとなりの藤本さんの葡萄園だったところです。
ブドウ品種は、レジェント63%、レンベルガー25%、ツヴァイゲルト9%、ピノノワール３％ とあります。
レジェントって聞きなれないブドウですが、ドイツ系品種で北海道で昔から栽培されています。
レンベルガーは、オーストリアのブラウフレンキッシュの別名ですね。
うん、やっぱり長年にわたって藤本さんが手がけたブドウだけのことがあります。
しっかりとした骨格と、北海道ならではの輪郭のはっきりとした酸、エレガントな果実味。
北イタリアのバルベーラっぽいかな？
うん、とても良いワインでした。
オンラインワイン会が盛り上がってしまい、３本目は今夜もマルキのカベルネでした。４本目は。。。。

It’s fun!
1st Yamazaki Winery Chardonnay 2018 3430 yen + tax It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyard in Mikasa Hokkaido.
At first, I felt very strong acidity like a straight lemon juice.
Then I gradually felt very nice fruits and minerals.
It has a very pure and natural taste.
Very unique, very nice!
2nd Camel Farm Winery UNITA Private Reserve NV 3880 yen + tax The winery is built three years ago took over Fujimoto Vineyards, which is one of the oldest vineyard in Yoichi.
It is the first release red wine of the new winery.
It is made from 69% Regent, 25% Blaufränkisch, 9% Zweigelt and 2% Pinot Noir grown in The estate vineyards in Yoichi Hokkaido.
The grape variety is from German, isn’t it?
I felt nice red fruits, solid acidity, mild tannin and good after taste.
I am sure that Mr. Fujimoto has been growing very nice vines.
Very good!
Because the On-Line Wine party was very fun, I tried to taste the third bottles, Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon as well…
Then the fourth bottles was ….
