本日、株式会社内藤プランニングの登記手続きが完了しました。
自宅の事務所の部屋 ( 旧子供部屋 ）に、小さな表札も付きました。
少しテンションがあがりました。
1本目 グリモウ シャルドネ 2017 1,850円 + 税
スペイン・ペネデスの家族経営のワイナリーが仕込むシャルドネです。
本来はカーヴァの生産者。この日記を長く読んでいる方にはお馴染みの、トランカデスのワイナリーです。
自家葡萄園で有機栽培のブドウを手作りで少量だけ仕込んでいます。
昔は、このシャルドネ、ニューワードスタイルの樽香とバターの香りがきいた大きなワインでした。
ところが、今は大変身。
さらりとしたピュアな果実味と、キレいな酸に、豊かなミネラル感。
アルコールも12度と低い優しいワイン。
これ、ワタシのツボのツボ、どツボです。
値段も、リーズナブルですね。
ブルゴーニュ好きの方に是非とも飲んで頂きたい優れものです。
2本目 シャトー ド クレマン 2016 1,380円 + 税
フランス南西地区トゥールーズ産の赤ワイン。フロントンという小さなAOCで造られています。
この産地はフランス人にもあまり知られていない珍しい産地らしいです。
シラーと地元品種のネグレットのブレンド。
このネグレットというブドウ品種も、ここだけでしか栽培されていないそうです。
珍しいワインなんですね。
で、このワインも美味しいです。
豊かな果実の風味。赤いベリー系と黒いベリー系の果実味のバランスが絶妙。
丸みを帯びたタンニン、とてもまろやかな口当たりです。
いや、これも良いワインです。実においしい！

My private company, Naito Planning, was registered today.
The company nameplate was put on the door of my office.

1st Grimau de Pujades Chardonnay 2016 1850 yen + tax It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Penedes Spain by an organic method.
Grimau is a small family winery that produces mainly Cava.
It is a very small product by handmade.
Before, this Chardonnay was a big, tropical and fat style like a new world wine.
But the style has drastically changed recently.
I felt very pure fruits, elegant citrus and very fine minerals.
Alcohol degree is only 12 %.
It’s a very light and elegant Chardonnay.
The price is very reasonable.
I want to recommend this for all Burgundy lovers.
2nd Chateau Clamens Rouge 2016 1380 yen It is made from Syrah and Negrette grown in Toulouse South-West France.
Negrette is a local grape variety in Fronton AOC and grown only this area.
Not so many French people know the grape and AOC, they say.
Well.. it is so tasty red wine.
I felt very rich fruits.
The harmony between red berries and black berries was wonderful.
I like the mild & soft tannin very much.
It’s so tasty! It’s very nice wine!
