虎ノ門の店に通勤していた時は、毎朝駅までトボトボと走っておりました。
通勤が無くなり運動不足になるといけないと思って、毎朝１ｋｍのジョギングをすることにしました。
１ｋｍをどれくらいの速さで走っているか試しに計ってみたら、７分３０秒くらいかかっていました。
足、遅いですね。。
１本目 ドメーヌ ド ププイ コロンバール ソーヴィニヨン 2017 1,000円 ＋ 税
フランス南西地区のアルマニャックの生産者が仕込む白ワイン。
自社葡萄園で、収穫量を制限し丁寧に栽培したブドウを、フレッシュな味わいを生かすために気温の低い夜間に収穫。
低温発酵や、シュールリーといった手間のかかる丁寧な醸造を実践しているそうです。
綺麗に伸びる柑橘系の酸と、新鮮な果実の風味がとても上手に絡み合うスタイル。
これもコスパ、高いです。
2本目 ドメーヌ ド ププイ タナ メルロー 2017 1,000円 ＋ 税
赤はタナとメルローのブレンド。
ラズベリーや苺のような赤い果実のニュアンスと、ふくよかで心地のよい口当たり。
丸みのあるタンニン、まろやかな舌ざわり。
これ、とってもバランスがよい赤ワインです。
タナって単独だと、かなり濃厚で渋い赤ワインになりますが、メルローとの相性はすごくいいですね。

When I commuted to Cave de Relax before, I ran to the station near home everyday.
I need not go to station any more.
Then I decided to go the 1,000 m running every morning.
1st Domaine de Pepouy Colombard Sauvignon 2017 1000 yen + tax
This white wine is made in South-West France by an Armagnac producer.
The all grapes were picked up in the night in order to keep the fresh fruits taste and fermented with cold temperature.
I felt very pure citrus and very fresh fruits.
Tasty!
2nd Domaine de Pepouy Tannat-Merlot 2017 1000 yen + tax
The red wine is made from Tannat and Merlot.
I felt a lot of red berries, rich fruits, mild tannin and very good after taste.
It is so well-balanced red wine.
Tannat often becomes a very tannic wine.
Merlot is very good partner with Tannat, I think.
