ホタテの前菜によく合いそうだと思って、今日はこれにしました。
ラングドック産の白ワイン。
1,500円以下のワインの中で、私はこれが世界一美味しいと思っています。
あふれる柑橘系の果実味に、研ぎ澄まされたミネラル感。
混じり気のない自然でピュアな風味。
たまりませんっ！
2本目 デントン ヴューヒル ヴィンヤード ネビオーロ 2016
オーストラリア・ヤラヴァレーの家族経営のワイナリーが仕込むネビオーロ。
昨年、ワイナリーの売店でゲットしました。
いや、これは素晴らしい。
見事にエレガントなネビオーロです。
このしなやかさ、奥深い味わいに凄みすら感じます。
これを飲むと、ネビオーロがピノノワールの祖先だということがよく分かります。
なんか、とても高価なピノノワールに通じる味わい。
素晴らしいワインです。実に素晴らしいワインです。

I thought this white wine would be very good for the scallop cooks today.
Yes, it was very, very good for the scallops.
I love the very fine citrus fruits and very nice minerals.
I think it is the best white wine under 1500 yen class in the world.
Delicious!
2nd Denton View Vineyards Nebbiolo 2016
It is made from 100% Nebbiolo by a small family winery in Yarra Valley in Australia.
I got the bottle at the winery last May.
It is an outstanding Pinot Noir.
I felt very elegant “fines” and very deep-fine tastes.
I remember that Nebbiolo is the ancestor of Pinot Noir.
I felt the similar character to very expensive Burgundy Pinot Noir.
What a wonderful red wine is this !
