マイフェーヴァリット・テンプルの深大寺に初詣で。
門前のいつものお店で、好物のきつね蕎麦をいただきました。
美味しいです。
帰りにネタを仕入れて、手巻き寿司。
今年最初の手巻き寿司は、やっぱり美味しい！
1本目 カーヴ シャントレ マコン シャントレ 2017 1,850円 + 税
カーヴドリラックスのオリジナルボジョレーヌーボーを造る協同組合の傘下のワイナリーが造る白ワイン。
マコンヴィラージュの村の中で、優れたワインを造ると認められた村は、マコンの次に村名を表記できます。
シャントレは、その中のでも高い評価を受ける地域。
透明感のある澄んだ果実の風味があふれます。
とってもキレいなワインです。
手巻き寿司にぴったり。
2本目 ボワ ドラ サル シエナ 2017 1,850円 + 税
赤もカーヴドリラックス直輸入のヌーボーの生産者が仕込むクリュ・ボジョレーです。
シエナは、10村あるクリュ・ボジョレーの中で１番小さな村ですが、高い評価を受けています。
で、これ凄まじく美味しいです。
綺麗な赤い果実の酸と赤いフルーツ感が幾重にも、幾重にも重なって、限りなくわき上がってきます。
アルコールを感じないと思うほど、口当たりは、やわらかくエレガント。
いったいこれは、なんなんでしょうか？
自然の造りをした上質なガメイって、なんか凄みを感じます。
これって、一応ブルゴーニュですよね。
このクオリティで、コートドールのピノノワールだったら、一体いくらくらいするでしょうか？
ガメイをバカにしているブルキチに一度飲ませてやりたいなあ。

I went to Gindaiji, my favorite temple in Chofu, and prayed for the happiness in this year.
I had a nice soba lunch near the temple.
By the way to home, I bought fresh fishes and cooked Temaki-Sushi.
Delicious!
1st Cave Chaintre Macon-Chaintre 2017 1850 yen
Cave Chaintre is a members of Bois de la Salle, which is a corporative winery in Beaujolais, which produces Cave de Relax original Nouveau.
I felt tremendously clean fruits, acidity and minerals.
It’s so elegant Burgundy Chardonnay.
It was so good for Temaki-Sushi today.
2nd Bois de la Salle Chenas 2017 1850 yen
What a delicious red wine is this!
It was an amazingly delicious Beaujolais wine.
Chenas is the smallest Cru Beaujolais in the ten Cru Beaujolaises.
Chenas is one of the best Crus Beaujolaises, too.
I love the mountain upon mountain of charming red acidity and fruits.
What a elegant Burgundy red wine is this!
I want someone, who doesn’t like Gamay but loves Burgundy expensive Pinot Noir, to serve the glass of this one.
