体調がやっと戻りました。
今日は3日ぶりにワインが飲めます。
1本目 ラクロワ グラシオ ピクプールドピネ 2017 1,480円
久しぶりに飲むワイン、何にしようか迷いましたが、一番お気に入りのこれにしました。
豊かな果実味、柑橘系のさわやかな酸とミネラル感。
優雅で透明感あふれる美しいワインです。
ああ、ワインはやっぱり美味しいなああああ。
2本目 アントニャック クロズリーデリィ ルージュ 2016 1,080円
赤もラングドックにしました。
冷涼なリムー地区産のワインです。
さらりとした口あたり。赤と黒のベリー系の果実味とちょっとスパイシーなニュアンス。
丸みのあるタンニンとキレのよい後味。
南のワインらしからぬエレガントで冷涼感あふれる味わいです。
ああ、ワインはやっぱり美味しいです。

I could taste wine for the first time in three days.
1st La Croix de Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2017 1480 yen
I carefully chose the first wine after three days.
It’s my most favorite Languedoc white wine.
I love the rich fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.
It’s a really elegant, beautiful and delicious white wine.
I am sure again that I love wine.
2nd Antugnac La Croserie des Lys 2016 1080 yen
The red was made in Languedoc, too.
It is made in Limoux, where has the coolest climate in Languedoc.
It was a very elegant style red wine.
I felt charming red and black berries, ripe fruits, silky tannins and comfortable after tastes.
I like this cool climate nuance very much.
So tasty!
I do love wine!
