東京の西の果て（？）、羽村市にあるスパーマーケット福島屋さんに伺いました。
生産者の見える手作りの有機野菜や、生産地で共同開発した個性あふれる食材で知られる有名店です。
先月、本店の向かいにあるファンタス店にワインセラーが登場。
観葉植物の温室を改造したユニークなワインセラーです。
意外とカッコイイ。
カーヴドリラックス・オリジナルワインがいっぱいあります。
うれしいです。
今後の品揃えと販売促進策について、常務の篠崎さん、バイヤーの新井さんと商談。

1本目 レジリアス サモラ 2017 980円
ワタシが昨年出会った最高のワインが、このポルトガルのサモラです。
この品質でこの値段。今日の商談でも話題になりました。
じゃまな味がいっさいないピュアな果実味、きれいな酸とミネラル感、すっきりとした後味。
まさにワタシの好みのツボです。
いや、おいしい。ポルトガル、恐るべし。
2本目 レジリアス サモラ 2015 980円
赤も恐るべし。
ポルトガルの赤って、アルコール度数が高いものが多いのですが、これ13%。いい感じです。
きめ細やかなエレガントな果実味、赤いフルーツと黒いフルーツの果実の酸がきれいに釣り合っています。
アフターの余韻も心地よいです。
抜群のコストパフォーマンスだとワタシは思います。

I went to Hamura, a west suburb city in Tokyo, and visited to Fukushimaya, a famous gourmet supermarket.
There are a lot of Cave de Relax original wines.
I had a business meeting with a director and a wine buyer.
We did a very good job.

1st Lezirias Samora Branco 2017 980 yen
Samora is the best new arrivals in 2018 for me.
It is made in Portugal from Fernao Pires and Arinto.
I like the pure fruits, fine acidity and nice minerals.
It was just my taste.
Also, it has a very high cost performance.
Tasty!
2nd Lezirias Samora Tinto 2105 980 yen
The red is very nice, too.
Generally talking, Portugal red wines often have high alcohol.
But this one has 13% alcohol degree.
It’s good for me.
I felt elegant fruits, nice red & black berries, mild tannin and nice after taste.
I think it has a very high cost performance, too.
