本日はオフ。お昼にパスタをゆでました。
ホタルイカ、シラスとキャベツのスパゲティ。
美味しかったです。
午後は、隣町の新百合ヶ丘の香林寺にお参り。
立派な五重塔があってびっくりです。
昭和62年に建てられたそうです。
新百合ヶ丘に五重塔があったなんて、長く近くに住んでいながら知りませんでした。
寒いので夜は鍋にしました。
鶏がらを6時間炊いてスープをとりました。
美味しい！
1本目 ヴィノーブル カネ ピクプールドピネ 2017 1,450円
きれいな果実味が特徴のラングドックの白ワイン。
ピクプールドピネは、鍋にもよく合いますね。
特にカキとの相性は抜群でした。
2本目 マルキドボーラン ピノノワール 2017 1,080円
また、マルキのピノノワールにしました。
だって、美味しいんだもん。
この値段で美味しいピノが飲めるって本当に素晴らしい、とまたまた自画自賛。

It was a day-off today.
I cooked pasta for lunch.
Then I went to Kourinji Temple in Yurigaoka.
There was a beautiful Goju-no-Tou tower.
I didn’t know you have such beautiful tower in my neighborhood.
Then I cooked dinner.
It was the first Nabe in this year.
Very good!
1st Vignoble Canet Picpoul de Pinet 2017 1450 yen
It is a very clean style white wine made in Languedoc.
Picpoul de Pinet is very good for Nabe.
Especially, it is outstandingly good for oysters.
Tasty!
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir 2017 1080 yen
I tasted this Pinot Noir again and again.
It’s sooooooo tasty!
I think it is a tremendously happy thing that you can taste such fine Pinot Noir with this price.
