好天気に誘われて、沿線の生田緑地でピクニックランチ。
青空の下で飲むオリオルロッセールは、また格別です。
帰り道、お買い物をしてお料理当番。

ミズタコのカルパッチョ
シーフードグリル ポテトグラタン添え
シーフードのネタは、秋鮭、ホタテ、ムール貝、ブラックタイガー、蛤です。
ちょっと欲張りすぎですね。うまく皿にのりませんでした。
でも味は抜群でした。上出来です。
1本目 ルバイヤート ソーヴィニヨンブラン 2017
ワイナリーの売店で買った勝沼産のソーヴィニヨンブラン100％で仕込まれた稀少品。
生産本数 1,444本とあります。少ないですね。
とにかく澄み切ったきれいなソーヴィニヨンブランです。
透明感でいうと、これほどキレイなソーヴィニヨンブランは他にないんじゃないかな。
すごーく美味しいです。
ミズタコのカルパッチョにぴったりでした。
2本目 ルー デュモン ブルゴーニュ ルージュ 2013
これ、ワタシ的には完璧なブルゴーニュです。
とにかくバランスが最高。
秀悦なドメーヌの村名クラスのワインに勝るとも劣らない優れものだと思います。
やっぱ、デュモンは特別です。
超、超、美味しい！！

It was a day-off.
I went to a picnic lunch to near park.
It is very nice to taste Oriol Rossell under the fine sky.
After the lunch, I bought cooking ingredients by the way to home.
Then I cooked dinner.

1st Rubaiyat Sauvignon Blanc 2017
I bought this at the winery before.
The label says the total production is 1,444 bottles.
Oh! It is a small product.
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Katsunuma Yamanashi.
I felt very clean fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.
I was sure it is one of top Sauvignon Blanc in Japan.
2nd Lou Dumont Bourgogne Rouge 2013
It is a perfect Burgundy for me.
The balance of the all tastes is tremendous.
I think the quality is better than famous Villages AOC in Bourgogne.
Super-ultra-delicious!!
