プレミアム・フライデーって言うんでしたっけ？
今日は休肝日の予定でしたが、都合によりキャンセルになりました。
1本目 チェスコン ソーヴィニヨン デル ヴェネト 2016 1,080円
カーヴドリラックス”ど定番”のイタリア・ヴェネト産の白ワイン。
亜硫酸添加のきわめて少ない自然派ワイン。
おだやかなボディに、ほんわりとした果実味、心地の良いアフター。
キレるソーヴィニヨンを期待すると完全に裏切られます。
いわゆる品種の特性といわれる香草系のニュアンスはありません。
ほのぼのと、のんびり飲みたいワインですね。
2本目 チェスコン ラボッソ デル ヴェネト 2015 1,080円
このボトルネックに結ばれたブドウの小枝、手作業で1本1本結わいています。
ラベルも手貼りです。
亜硫酸の添加が少ないので、はじめ僅かな還元のニュアンス。
すぐにそれが飛ぶと豊かな果実の風味が現れます。
ちょうどいい感じのタンニンと酸。後味も快適。
さらっとしていますが飲み応えも充分。
いいワインです。

1st Professer Cescon Sauvignon del Veneto 2016 1080 yen
It is a very popular Cave de Relax original Italy white wine.
It is made by a kind of organic method.
I felt soft acidity, mild fruits and tender after taste.
If you expect “Stereotype” Sauvignon character, which is a fresh herby aroma and flavor, you can’t find them.
But you can find very natural, soft and gentle taste in this wine.

2nd Professer Cescon Raboso del Veneto 2015 1080 yen
The twig at the bottle neck is tied by hand job at the winery.
The label is put by hand, too.
Because of a low sulfur, I felt a little reductive nuance at first.
The nuance disappeared soon and big volume fruits appeared.
I like this very good balance between tannin and acidity.
It felt both elegant and solid taste.
