天然真鯛、天然カンパチ、真鯵、スルメイカ、みずタコ、鰹、キハダマグロ、ホタテ、イクラなど。
やっぱり手巻き寿司は美味しい！
1本目 トートワーズ クリーク ソーヴィニヨン ブラン 2016 1,080円
ラングドック産のソーヴィニヨン。
ネゴシアンワインですが、これは意外な美味しさ。
透明な果実味に、研ぎ澄まされたミネラル感。
カーヴドリラックスのロングセラーです。
さすがですね。
2本目 トゥルクハイム ピノノワール 2015 1,950円
アルザスのピノノワールです。これは、ちょっとびっくりしますよ。
ブラインドで飲んだら、たぶん皆さんブルゴーニュって言うと思います。
しかも、どこか良い造り手の。
エレガントなピノノワールの風味、軽快な味わいながら凝縮感のあるベリー系の果実味、なめらかなタンニンと余韻の長いアフター。
いや、これは良いピノノワールです。
10年くらい前は、ここのピノノワールはロゼよりも薄かったんですが。
温暖化と、樹齢、栽培醸造技術の向上。
アルザスにもこんなコスパの高いピノノワールが、あるざす。

1st Tortoise Creek Sauvignon Blanc 2016 1080 yen
It is made from 100％ Sauvignon Blanc grown in Languedoc.
It is a long sale Cave de Relax original wine.
I felt nice fruits, citrus and minerals.
You may not expect such high quality but it is a very fine Sauvignon Blanc.
I hope you will try this once.
2nd Turcheim Pinot Noir 2015 1950 yen
It is made from 100％ Pinot Noir grown in Alsace.
If you taste this by blind, you would say it is Burgundy Pinot Noir, I think.
I felt a lot of charming red berries, concentrated fruits, silky tannin and long after taste.
It is a really nice Pinot Noir.
It used to be a very light style.
The style has changed a lot with almost the same price.
Very good!
