真アジのタルタル風
枝豆とグリーンサラダ
サゴチ、海老、ホタテ、アスパラガスのソテー ポテトグラタン添え
下ごしらえをして冷蔵庫に寝かせておいたサゴチを取り出す時に、手を滑らせてお皿が落下。皿は、こなごな。
サゴチはよく洗ってなんとか料理しましたが、味はおちてしまいましたね。
人間ミスは誰にでもあること。
ミスばかりをみんなで責めない方が良いな、と思い直しました。
反省。
１本目 シャトー シセロン アルバリーニョ 2017 2,160円 新入荷
久しぶりのラングドックから新入荷の直輸入ワインです。
コルビエールで長い歴史をもつワイナリー、シャトー・シセロンが少量のみ造る珍しいラングドック産アルバリーニョ100％の白ワイン。
うーん、素晴らしい。これは実に素晴らしいです。
存在感のある研ぎ澄まされたミネラル感、さわかな酸と豊かにのびる果実の風味。
南フランスにおいてもアルバリーニョが極めて高いポテンシャルを持つことがわかりました。
リアスバイシャスの4000円くらいするアルバニーニョに勝るとも劣らずです。
これ、2000円は絶対にお買い得だとワタシは思います。
2本目 シャトー モウレオン コートデュルーション ヴィラージュ 2016 1,580円 新入荷
赤も南フランスからの新入荷。
でもラングドックではなくて、日本ではあまり見かけないルーション産のワインです。
これはコートデュルーションの中でも評価の高いカラマニー村で収穫された古木のシラー、カリニャン、グルナッシュで仕込まれた赤ワイン。
プルーンやダークチェリーを思わせる密度の高いフルーツ感、なめらかなタンニンに心地よいミネラル感。
赤の新入荷もとても美味しいです。
南フランスのゆったりとした風格とエレガンスが、たったの1580円。

1st Le Jardin des Vignes Rares Ciceron Albarino 2017 2160 yen New arrivals
It is a new arrival white wine from Languedoc.
It is the small production of Chateau Ciceron, which is a historical winery in Corbieres.
You don’t find Albarino in Languedoc so often but it is a very, very impressive one.
I felt outstandingly fine minerals, rich citrus and very fine fruits.
Wonderful!
2nd Château Mauléon Cotes du Roussillons Villages Cru Caramany 2016 1580 yen New arrivals
The red is also new arrivals from South France.
However, it is not from Languedoc but from Cotes du Roussillons, which is not so often find in Japan.
It is made from Syrah, Carignan and Grenache grown in Cru Catramany, which has a very good reputation in Cotes du Roussillons,
I felt very delicious black berries, mild & silky tannin, fine minerals and good acidity.
This new red wine is also very fine, very impressive.
It shows us the essence of Roussillons, I think.
I want to recommend these two bottles today for all wine lovers.
