今日はお休み。
庭の葡萄（カベルネソーヴィニヨン）の剪定を行ないました。
どうすれば良いのかわからず、なんちゃって剪定です。
今年は新梢が今までになくたくさん出てきてモサモサしてます。
10本ほど新梢を落としてすっきりしました。
まだまだ房の赤ちゃんがたくさん残っています。
今年は豊作かな？
で、お料理当番。

うん、美味しい。
ご飯は焼くより炊く方が絶対に美味しい！（個人の感想です。）
1本目 ヴィノーブル カネ ピクプール ド ピネ 2017 サンプル試飲
ラングドックのピクプールドピネは、最近のワタシの大のお気に入りの白ワイン。
ウチが輸入しているラクロワ・グラシオは実に本当に素晴らしいピクプールですが、生産量が少なく年に一度しか入荷がありません。
もう一つくらい輸入したいなあ、と常々思っているのですが、ピクプールは世界中のバイヤーから引く手あまたで、なかなか良いものが見つかりませんでした。
で、これ、やっと見つけた。いいピクプールであります。
グレープフルーツを思わせるハツラツとした柑橘系の酸、すっきりとした果実味にキチンとしたミネラル感。これからの季節に最高です。
美味しいです。今日のカルパッチョに凄く良く合いました。
これ、買います。
2本目 ドメーヌ ド クラマン 2015 サンプル試飲
珍しいトゥールーズ産の赤ワインです。
トゥールーズはちょうどラングドックと南西地区の境界線にある中世都市。
街は有名ですが、ここでワインを造っているってフランス人でもあんまり知らないみたいです。
で、これ美味しいです。とても美味しいです。
カベルネソーヴィニヨン、メルロー、シラーにネグレット（別名 ピノ・セント・ジョージ）という地ブドウのブレンドで仕込まれています。
新鮮な黒いベリー系の果実味、ソフトなタンニン、きれのよいアフターテイスト。
口当たりは軽やかで、とてもチャーミングな飲み口です。
で、お値段がとてもリーズナブル。
これ、ワタシのツボ。掘り出し物です。こういうユニークな産地もの、好きです。

It was a day-off.
I pruned the grape vine, Cabernet Sauvignon, at my garden.
I cut ten new treetops.
The vine still has a lot of baby clusters.
I expect a lot of harvest in autumn.
I cooked dinner.

Steamed Seafood Paella
Personally, the steamed rice is better than the baked rice even though Paella.
1st Vignoble Canet Picpoul de Pinet 2017 Sample Tasting
Picpoul de Pinet is one of my most favorite white wines recently.
I import La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet since 2015.
It is an outstanding one but a small production.
Then I have been looking for any other very good Picpoul de Pinet.
But I didn’t get any success.
Finally, I found it! I got it!
The sample today is very fine Picpoul de Pinet.
I like this fine citrus, fresh fruits and very good minerals.
The taste is very cool, just my favorite style.
Delicious! Delicious!
It was very good for the seafood Carpaccio today.
I will buy this!
2nd Domaine de Clamens 2015 Sample Tasting
I received a unique red wine sample from Toulouse.
Toulouse is well-known old city in South-West France but is not popular as wine product area.
Oh! It’s a very tasty red wine, isn’t it?
It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Negrette grown in the estate vineyards.
Negrette is a miner local grape variety, which I never tried before.
Again, it is very tasty.
I felt many charming red berries, mild tannin and very comfortable after taste.
The style is just my favorite one.
Also the price is very reasonable.
I found it!
I will buy this.
