うーむ、上出来。
夏みかんのマーマレードは、先月原茂ワインで大量に頂いた静岡産の夏みかんでdaimajoさまが作りました。赤ワインでステーキソースに仕上げたらデラうまでした。
1本目 奥出雲葡萄園 ソーヴィニヨンブラン 2017 2,980円
実に美味しいソーヴィニヨンブランです。
生き生きとした新鮮な果実の風味、カチンとしたミネラル感と透明な酸。
透き通った味わいが本当に印象的です。
ワインが生きています。ブドウが生きています。
うーむ、恐るべし、奥出雲葡萄園。
2本目 奥出雲葡萄園 メルロー 2016 3,300円
いや、まいった、これもすごーく美味しいです。
見事なメルローですねえ。
新鮮なブドウのアロマ、ぎゅーと詰まった密度の高いエレガントな果実味、まろやかなタンニン、余韻の長いアフター。
どれをとっても、日本のメルローとしてトップクラスのクオリティーだと思われます。
自然な果実の凝縮感は、群を抜いているでしょう。
素晴らしいです。今日の黒毛和牛にもどんぴしゃでした。

It was a really delicious Japanese Sauvignon Blanc.
I felt very fresh fruits, fine citrus and crispy minerals.
It was a really clean style of Sauvignon Blanc.
I felt lively grape nuance very much/
It’s a tremendously fine Sauvignon Blanc!
2nd Okuizumo Winery Merlot 2016 3300 yen
Oh! The Merlot is super fine, too.
It’s a really, truly fine Merlot!
I felt a fresh grape touch, concentrated-natural fruits, silky tannin and very long after taste.
I think it is one of the top class Japanese Merlot wines.
Especially, the concentrated fruits taste is outstanding.
What a nice Merlot is this!
It was very good for Wagyu Steak today.
