スズキ、真鯵、ヤリイカ、縞エビ、活ホッキ貝、ミズタコ、サーモン、鱒イクラ、クロマグロなど。
今日のスズキでかい。ホッキ貝もでかかったです。

１本目 キザン セレクション シャルドネ 2014
これワイナリーの売店で無理を言って譲ってもらった貴重品。
なんとも奥ゆかしい、そして奥深いシャルドネです。
はじめ軽い味わいかな？と思わせといて、あとから湧き上がるパワーに脱帽。
もう帽子はおろか、ハゲヅラもとってしまうほどです。
その馥郁たるミネラル感と見事な果実味。
やっぱ、土屋さん、あなたがたは凄いです。
あとは、値段のつけ方を見直せば完璧。
何度でも言いますがこれ、安すぎますぜ。
２本目 キザン セレクション メルロー・プティヴェルド 2015
この余裕感ただよう深遠な果実味はいったいどこから来るのでしょう？
ビロードのようななめらかな舌触りのタンニンと余韻の長いアフターテイスト。
深い森に迷い込んだ妖精が湧き出る泉のそばで可憐に咲き誇る薫の馨しい香りに微笑んだような味わいです。
うーっむ。うめじゃーっ！

1st Kizan Selection Chardonnay 2014
I bought this at the winery from their secret stock.
It is very difficult to find now.
I amazed the elegant taste.
At first, I felt this was a light white wine.
However, the big volume fruits came up later.
I also amazed the very fine acidity and really comfortable minerals.
I think it is one of the finest white wines in Japan.
The price is kidding.
If I found this again anywhere, I buy all.
2nd Kizan Selection Merlot / Petit Verdot 2015
I bought this at the winery, too.
I felt deep, very deep fruits taste, fine acidity, silky tannin and a long after taste.
It has a big structure but also has a fabulous elegance.
Tasty, Tasty, Tasty!!
