午前中、思い立っていつもの日帰り温泉に行きました。
小雨の降る中、朝風呂です。
ここで朝風呂は初めて。祝日とあって、いつもよりだいぶ混んでいます。
昼時になり、食事をして帰ろうかと思ったのですがレストランは満席、長蛇の列。
諦めて家に帰りました。
今日の料理
イワシの刺身
すきやき
お肉は鹿児島産の黒毛和牛。
すきやきは美味しいです。
本日のワイン
アンコーラ サンジョベーゼ 2024 1,250円
冬のオリンピックにちなんで、イタリアワインを開けました。
と、いってもこのサンジョベーゼはイタリア南端のプーリア産。オリンピックが開催されているミラノとコルチナからは、かなり離れています。
日本と同じく南北に長いイタリア。
前回のトリノ大会の時、私はちょうどイタリアのワイナリー巡りをしていました。
ピエモンテの朝はマイナス20℃。翌日シチリアに移動したら気温24℃、その差なんと44℃でした。
びっくりした事、今までよく覚えています。
あ、ワインでした。バランスよくとても美味しかったです。

In the morning, I decided to go to my usual day trip hot spring.
It’s a morning bath.
This is my first time taking a morning bath here. It’s a holiday, so it’s much more crowded than usual.
It was lunchtime, and I thought about eating and going home, but the restaurant was full and there was a long line.
I gave up and went home.
Today’s dish
Sardine Sashimi
Sukiyaki
The meat is Kuroge Wagyu beef from Kagoshima.
Sukiyaki is delicious.
Today’s Wine
Ancora Sangiovese 2024 1,250 yen
In honor of the Winter Olympics, I opened an Italian wine.
However, this Sangiovese is from Puglia at the southern tip of Italy.
It is quite far from Milan and Cortina, where the Olympics are held.
Italy is long from north to south like Japan.
At the last Turin Olympics, I was just touring Italian wineries.
Mornings in Piedmont are minus 20 degrees Celsius. The next day, when I moved to Sicily, the temperature was 24°C, a difference of 44°C.
I remember being surprised well until now.
Oh, it was wine. It was well-balanced and very delicious.
