今夜も、孫と息子夫婦と食卓を囲みます。
今日の料理
札幌の友人から、今年も届いた「鰊とホッケのいずし」
旨いです。とっても旨いです。
ワインの前に、一ノ蔵大和伝で頂きました。
チキン、生ハム、アヴォカド、ブロッコリー、ミニトマト、キウイ、リンゴのサラダ
真鯛のアクアパッツァ
サラダのチキンは、昨日の「鶏を焼く日」で焼いた鳥の、骨の周りに残った肉を使いました。
一日たってもしっとりと美味しいです。
家族そろって、大人数で囲む食卓は楽しいですね。
本日のワイン
1本目 マルキドボーラン ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2024 1,080円
アクアパッツァを作るのに、マルキドボーランのソーヴィニヨン・ブランを開けました。
美味しいから、残りのワインを飲みました。
今週は高いワインばかり飲んでいるんで、これを飲んだら、なんかホッとしました。
マルキドボーランのソーヴィニヨン・ブランは美味しいです。
2本目 ドメーヌ・デュ・オー・プランティ ミュスカデ・セーヴル・エ・メーヌ レ・イオニエール ヴィエーヌ・ヴィーヌ2021
頂き物のワインです。長い名前のワインですね。
色合いは黄金色、完璧なゴールドです。
深みのある果実味に、濃厚な口当たり。ミネラル感もたっぷりです。
これは特別なミュスカデですね。アクアパッツァに良く合いました。
3本目 フリードリッヒ・ベッカー シュタインヴィンガート ピノ・ノワール 2018
で、クリスマスだし、家族がそろってるし、やっぱり高級なピノ・ノワールが飲みたくなって、ベッカーです。
ドイツ・ファルツのピノ・ノワールの銘酒です。
このシュタインヴィンガートは、ベッカーの代表作。でも僅か1,000本しか造っていないらしい。
で、これ完璧なピノ・ノワールでした。
私は、こういうピノ・ノワールが飲みたくて、生きているんだ、友達なんだ。と、思いました。
昨日のタスマニアが、プルミエ・クリュなら、このベッカーはグラン・クリュですね。
ああ、美味しい。

Tonight, I set the dinner table with my grandson and my son and his wife.
Today’s dish
I received “Herring and Hokke Izushi” from my friend in Sapporo again this year
It’s delicious. It’s very delicious.
Before the wine, I had it with Ichinokura Yamatoden.
Salad with Chicken, Prosciutto, Avocado, Broccoli, Cherry-tomatoes, Kiwi and Apples
Red snapper Aqua Pazza
The chicken in the salad was made from the leftover meat around the bones from the chicken I roasted on yesterday’s “chicken roasting day”.
It’s moist and delicious even after a day.
It’s fun to have a dinner with the large family at the table.
Today’s Wine
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2024 1,080 yen
To make aqua pazza, I opened Marquis de Beau Rond ‘s Sauvignon Blanc.
It was delicious, so I drank the rest of the bottle.
I’ve been drinking only expensive wines this week, so I was kind of relieved when I drank this.
Marquis de Beau Rond ‘s Sauvignon Blanc is delicious.
2nd Estate du Haut Planty Muscadet Sevres et Maine Les Yonnieres Vieilles Vignes 2021
It is a gift wine that I received. It’s a wine with a long name.
The shade is golden yellow, perfect gold.
I felt deep fruits flavor and rich mouthfeel. It is also full of minerality.
This is a special Muscadet. It went very well with Aqua Pazza.
3rd Friedrich Becker Steinwingert Pinot Noir 2018
So, it’s Christmas, my family is here, and I wanted to drink high-end Pinot Noir.
Then I opened this Becker.
This is a famous Pinot Noir wine from the Pfalz, Germany.
This Steinwingert is Becker’s masterpiece. But it seems that only 1,000 bottles have been made.
And this was the perfect Pinot Noir.
I want to drink this kind of Pinot Noir, and I’m alive, I thought.
If yesterday’s Tasmania was Premier Cru, this Becker is a Grand Cru.
Oh, super delicious!
