私は小さい子供の頃、NHKの人形劇の“チロリン村”と、“忠臣蔵”の区別がつきませんでした。
今日の料理
生牡蠣
湯豆腐
寒鯖のグリル、ポテトグラタン添え
異常気象のせいで、広島の養殖カキが壊滅的な被害を受けているそうです。
今日の牡蠣は宮城産ですが、例年の2倍近くの値段になっています。
スーパーの鮮魚売り場で買おうか、やめようか、しばらく逡巡していましたが、目をつぶって、「えいやっ！」 と買いました。
美味しかったです。
本日のワイン
アンコーラ ガルガネーガ 2024 1,250円
イタリア・ヴェネト産の白ワイン。
ガルガネーガは、ヴェネトの銘酒ソアヴェのブドウ品種ですね。
リラックスワインの中では地味目な存在ですが、ちゃんと美味しいです。
すっきりとした味わいの中で、存在感のある柑橘系の酸がしっかり現れます。
ピュアで邪魔な味わいが一切ないのは、リラックスワインのスタイルですね。
生牡蠣にぴったりでした。

Due to abnormal weather, farmed oysters in Hiroshima are devastatingly damaged.
Today’s oysters are from Miyagi, but they are nearly twice as expensive as usual.
I was hesitating for a while whether to buy it or not, at the fresh fish section of the supermarket. Finally, I closed my eyes and said, “Oh no!” I bought it.
It was delicious.
Today’s Wine
Ancora Garganega 2024 1,250 yen
It is a white wine from Veneto, Italy.
Garganega is a grape variety of Veneto’s famous wine, Soave.
It is a modest presence among Relax Wines, but it is delicious.
In the clean taste, the citrus acidity with a strong presence is clearly revealed.
The pure and unobtrusive taste is the style of Relax Wine.
It was perfect for today’s raw oysters.
