冷蔵庫の調子がよくありません。
冷凍庫がよく冷えません。
氷は出来るのですが、アイスクリームは溶けてしまいます。
修理を依頼したことろ、修理代が10万円くらいかかるとのこと。
しかたなく、買い替えることにしました。
先週、エアコンが1台故障して、買い替えたばかりです。
どうして、電気製品の故障って続くんですかね？

今日の鮭は北海道産の生鮭です。
これから秋鮭も美味しい季節ですね。
本日のワイン
ミューレ アルザス アッサンブラージュ 2020 2,500円
昨日に続いて、板橋のとだやさんで購入したアルザスワイン。
ブドウ栽培はビオデナミで、1ヘクタールあたり1万本の密植だそうです。
17世紀から続く家族経営のこだわりの生産者のようです。
アルザスなのにブルゴーニュ瓶？ って思ったら、これ1,000ml なんですね。
なんか得した気分です。
口当たりは、クリーンでシンプル。
5年の熟成を経た落ち着いた味わいです。
ブドウ品種を聞いていなかったのですが、飲んだ感じ、シルヴァーネルとピノ・ブランあたりかな？と思いました。
後で調べてみたら、正解。シルヴァーネルとピノ・ブラン主体にピノ・グリが少しブレンドされているよです。
今日のマグロ、秋鮭、ホタテ、小エビにぴったりでした。

Today’s Wine
Mure Alsace Assemblage 2020 2,500 yen
Continuing from yesterday, I bought this Alsace wine at Todaya in Itabashi.
The viticulture is biodynamie, and it is said that 10,000 trees per hectare are densely planted.
It seems to be a family-run producer that has been running since the 17th century.
Oops, this is 1,000ml. I feel like I’ve gained something.
The mouthfeel is clean and simple.
It has a calm taste after 5 years of aging.
I hadn’t heard of the grape varieties, but I felt like I drank Silverner and Pinot Blanc. I thought.
When I looked it up later, it was correct. It’s mainly Silverner and Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris is blended with a little bit.
It was perfect for today’s tuna, autumn salmon, scallops, and small shrimp.
