父と母の板橋のお寺に、お墓参りをしました。
日差しは強いものの、空気は爽やか。秋ですね。
お墓参りのあと、板橋西台の「わいん酒工房とだや」さんに伺いました。
久しぶりの訪問ですが、店主の田中ご夫妻のセレクトによる個性的なワインの品揃えは変わりません。
田中さんとしばしワイン談義のあと、白ワイン3本と赤ワイン2本を購入しました。
とだやさんのワインは、決してハズレがありません。今回も普段飲む事の出来ないユニークなワインばかり。楽しみです。
家に帰って、さっと料理。
真鯛のカルパッチョ
カボチャ、チキン、玉子、ブロッコリー、ミニトマト、キウイ、リンゴのサラダ
シーフードドリア
ドリアは前に作って冷凍しておいたもの。
出来立てには負けますが、普通に美味しかったです。
本日のワイン
アンコーラ モンテプルチアーノ ダブルッオ 2024 1,250円
最近のお気に入りの赤ワイン。
イタリア・アブルッツォ産のモンテプルチアーノ100％で仕込まれています。
樹齢50年超えの古木の樹から収穫したブドウを野生酵母で発酵。
この価格のクラスで、このスペックは貴重ですね。
で、スペックを裏切らない期待通りのクオリティ。
凝縮感のあるベリー系の果実味、樹齢の高いブドウを野生酵母で醸造した優しさとしなやかさを感じます。
綺麗な酸も印象的。これ、とても良いワインです。

I visited the graves of my father and mother at the temple in Itabashi.
Although the sun is strong, the air is fresh. It’s autumn.
After visiting the grave, I visited “Wine＆Sake Shopp Todaya” in Itabashi Nishidai.
It’s been a long time since I visited, but the selection of unique wines selected by the owner, Mr. and Mrs. Tanaka, remains the same.
After talking about wine with Mr. and Mrs Tanaka for a while, I bought three bottles of white wine and two bottles of red wine.
Todaya’s wines are never missed. This time, too, there are only unique wines that I can’t usually drink. I’m looking forward to it.
I went home and cooked quickly.

This doria was made and frozen before.
It was inferior to freshly made, but it was delicious as usual.
Today’s Wine
Ancora Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2024 1,250 yen
It is my favorite red wine these days.
It is made from 100% Montepulciano grown in Abruzzo, Italy.
The grapes harvested from old trees over 50 years old are fermented with wild yeast.
In this price class, this spec is valuable.
And the quality is as expected that does not betray the specs.
I felt the concentrated berry flavor, the gentleness and suppleness of old grapes fermented by wild yeast.
The beautiful acid is also impressive. This is a very good wine.
