It is a new product of Relax Wine after a long time.
The orange wine is a blend of 92% Sauvignon Blanc and 8% Gewurztraminer grown in the Petit Camargue region, close to the Mediterranean.
The cool climate of the seaside makes it possible to grow high-quality Gewurz.
Maceration lasts for 20 days.
Even if it’s just 8%, Gewurz has a lot of presence.
I felt the gorgeous aroma unique to the variety, the overflowing fruitiness, and the charming acidity are accented with a hint of astringency.
