生ハム、モッツァレラ、焼鮭、チキン、玉子、ブロッコリー、ミニトマト、キウイ、リンゴのサラダ
ゴーヤチャンプル
ゴーヤチャンプルの豆腐は煮崩れしないように、しっかりと水抜きをしたあとフライパンで両面をこんがり焼きます。
手間ですが、仕上がりが全然違いますよ。

トルチュ・アン・クリーク メルロー・カベルネ 2022 1,230円
マルキドボーランより長く輸入を続けているラングドックのロングセラー。
カメの夫婦と赤ちゃんがラベルに描かれている可愛いワインです。
とてもバランスがよく、飲みごたえのあるボルドーブレンド。
これ！ といったセールスポイントはありませんが、普通に美味しくって、なんだかホッとします。
良いワインだと思います。

Goya Champuru
To prevent the tofu from collapsing, drain the water thoroughly and brown both sides in a frying pan.
It’s a lot of work, but the finish is completely different.

It is a long-selling Languedoc that has been importing for longer than the Marquis de Beau Rond.
It is a cute wine with a turtle couple and a baby depicted on the label.
It is a very well-balanced and satisfying Bordeaux blend.
This! … there is no selling point, but it is usually delicious, and I am somewhat relieved.
I think it’s a good wine.
