息子夫婦が孫を連れて、やってきました。
我が家は大騒ぎ。
daimaojoさまもうれしそう。
孫には、ちゃんと反応出来るんですね。
今夜はみんなで手巻き寿司。
殻付きウニを奮発しました。
本マグロ、キハダマグロ、真鯛、イサキ、カツオ、鯵、スルメイカ、生シラス、サーモン、きゅうり、ツナマヨ
手巻き寿司は大勢で食べる方が楽しいですね。
ワインは息子が選んだ南半球産。
1本目 ＣＷＧ ニュートン・ジョンソン シャルドネ 2021
南アフリカのトップワイナリーのひとつ、ニュートン・ジョンソンが、オークション用に特別に仕込んだキュヴェです。
このシャルドネ、超弩級に美味しい驚愕のワイン。
およそ完璧なシャルドネです。
この数年間で飲んだシャルドネの中で、一番美味しいかもしれません。
とびきりエレガントな果実味と、樽のニュアンスが絶妙の極みでした。
2本目 クリスタルム ピーター・マックス ピノ・ノワール 2023
これも凄い。ニュートン・ジョンソンと同じくウォーカー・ベイにある南アフリカのトップワイナリーです。
南アのピノ・ノワールといえは、このクリスタルムを抜きに語ることは出来ません。
素晴らしい見事なピノ・ノワールです。
1本目のシャルドネといい、このピノ・ノワールといい、こういったワインと出会える幸せがあるから、ワインはやめられません。
すげー。
3本目 アルキミ マルサンヌ 2023
再び白ワイン。息子が5月にオーストラリアから持って帰ってきたワインです。
ヤラ・ヴァレーの自然派系ワイナリーだそうです。
ヤラ・ヴァレーのマルサンヌって珍しいですね。
で、これも本当に素晴らしいワインです。
優雅の果実味に抜群のミネラル感。
マルサンヌならではのミンティーなニュアンスがアクセント。
ピュアでエレガント。こくがあって爽やかです。
今日のワインは、卓越した本当に素晴らしいワインばかりでした。

My son and his wife came home with my grandson.
My house is in an uproar.
Daimaoj-sama seems to be happy.
She can respond properly to her grandchild.
Today, we had a Temaki-sushi party.
Shelled sea urchins.
Hon-Maguro, Kihada-Maguro, Madai, squirrel, Katsuo, Aji, squid, Shirasu, Salmon, Cucumber, Tuna-mayo
Temaki-sushi is more fun to eat with many people.
The today’s wine were from the southern hemisphere, which my son chose.
1st CWG Newton Johnson Chardonnay 2021
Newton Johnson, one of South Africa’s top wineries, has specially prepared the cuvée for auction.
This Chardonnay is a surprising wine that tastes super dreadnought.
It’s almost the perfect Chardonnay.
It may be the best Chardonnay I’ve had in years.
The exquisite fruits flavor and the nuances of the barrel were exquisite.
2nd Crystallum Peter Max Pinot Noir 2023
This is also amazing.
Like Newton Johnson, it is a top winery in South Africa located in Walker Bay.
You can’t talk about South African Pinot Noir without mentioning this Crystallum.
It’s a wonderful, stunning Pinot Noir.
I can’t stop drinking wine because I’m happy to encounter these wines.
Wow.
3rd Alkimi Marsanne 2023
A white wine again. This is the wine that my son brought back from Australia in May.
Alkimi is a natural winery in the Yarra Valley.
Marsanne in the Yarra Valley is rare.
And this is also a really great wine.
I felt elegant fruits flavor with outstanding minerality.
I also felt the minty nuances unique to Marsanne.
It’s pure and elegant. It’s rich and refreshing.
Today’s wines were all outstanding and truly wonderful.
