我が家の最近の主食は湯豆腐です。

スペイン・ペネデス産のピノ・ノワールとガルナッチャで仕込まれたオーガニック スパークリングワイン。
熟練の職人の手による動瓶作業を経て造られたクラフト系カーヴァです。
きめ細やかな泡、赤い果実の風味と綺麗な酸。
とても口当たりが良くて、飲みが進みます。
なんとも言えぬ繊細で上品な味わいです。
美味しいですね。美味しいですね。
鰻ご飯にもよく合いました。
