月の初めの忙しさと、もう本当に暑いので、ヘロヘロ、バテバテです。
今日の料理
枝豆
鶏レバーの赤ワイン煮
生ハム、蒸し鶏、キウイ、ブロコッリーのサラダ
エビ、ホタテ、チキンとキノコのペンネグラタン
グラタン、上出来、美味しいです。
1本目 オリオル・ロッセール チノ・チャノ ブランコ 2022 1,300円
スペイン・ペネデス産のオーガニックワイン。
ペネデスの地ブドウのシャレロと、マスカットのブレンドです。
澄み切った果実味と、透き通るような酸、しっかりとしたミネラル感。
ガッチリ冷やして飲みました。
ああ、生き返る。。。
2本目 オリオル・ロッセール チノ・チャノ ティント 2022 1,300円
赤もスペイン・ペネデス産のオーガニックワイン。
メルローとシラーのブレンドです。
優しくあふれる果実味、キレイな酸、さらりとした口あたり。
これも、ガッチリ冷やして飲みました。
ああ、真夏でもやっぱりワインは美味しいです。

Salad with prosciutto, steamed chicken, kiwi and brocolli
Penne Gratin with shrimp, scallops, chicken and mushrooms
Au Gratin, excellent, delicious.
1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Blanco 2022 1,300 yen
It is an organic wine from Penedes, Spain.
It is a blend of Penedes local grape Xarel-lo and Muscat.
I felt clear fruits flavor, crystal clear acidity, and firm minerality.
I drank it cold.
Ah, it comes back to life…
2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Tint 2022 1,300 yen
The red is also an organic wine from Penedes, Spain.
It is a blend of Merlot and Syrah.
I felt gentle fruits flavor, beautiful acidity, and smooth mouthfeel.
I also drank this one with a lot of chill.
Oh, even in the middle of summer, the wine is still delicious.
