新百合ヶ丘「炭焼き大」

本日の町田の気温は33度。

全く駄目です。

 

 

夕食は、新百合ヶ丘の「炭焼き大」。

ここもお気に入りのレストランです。

 

 

新鮮素材の良さを大切にした料理。

 

 

焼き鳥、すごく美味しいです。

 

 

ワインの品揃えも豊富で粒ぞろい。

今日は、ハンガリーのトカイ・フルミント。

 

 

ピュアな果実の風味と、ミネラル感。

昔は、トカイといえば甘口のワインの代名詞でしたが、これはすっきり辛口。

 

焼き鳥のタレにもよく合いました。

The temperature in Machida today was 33 degrees.

Not at all….

 

 

Today’s dinner was at ” Sumiyaki-Dai ” in Shin-Yurigaoka.

This is also my favorite restaurant.

 

 

I like all of the dishes that cooked by very nice & fresh ingredients.

 

 

Yakitori was very delicious.

 

 

They have also a wide selection of wines on their list.

 

 

Today, I chose Tokaji Furmint from Hungary.

 

 

I felt pure fruits flavor and nice minerality.

In the past, Tokaji was synonymous with sweet wine, but this one is refreshingly dry.

 

 

It also went well with the yakitori sauce.

It was a very nice dinner.
