天然真鯛、イサキ、生シラスのお刺身
いつものサラダ

日曜日ですが、いろいろとやることがある中で、手早く料理出来ました。
上出来！
1本目 アンコーラ ピノ・グリージョ 2020 1,000円
イタリア・ロンバルディア産のピノ・グリージョで仕込んだ白ワイン。
白い花びらを思わせるアロマ、真綿にくるまれたような上品なフルーツ感、きれいな酸とミネラル感。
口に含むと香しいブドウの風味がひろがります。
なんか、こうフワっとした感じが、とても良い感じです。
これ、好きだなあ。
2本目 トルチュ・アン・クリーク メルロー カベルネ 2020 1,130円
南フランス産のロングセラーワイン。
カシスやプルーンを思わせる黒いベリーの果実味、まろやかなタンニン、心地の良いアフターテイスト。
ノンフィルターワインならではの、豊かな風味を感じます。
普通に、とっても美味しい赤ワインです。

It is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grown in Lombardia Italy.
I felt flowery aroma, elegant fruits, charming acidity and good minerals.
I also felt tasty grape nuance.
What a tasty white wine is this!
I love this white wine.
2nd Turtues en Crique Merlot Cabernet 2020 1130 yen
It is the one of the longest seller wines in Relax Wine.
It is made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Languedoc.
I felt a lot of black berries, mild tannins and comfortable after taste.
I also felt rich-concentrated body because of an unfiltered wine.
It is a very nice wine.
I like this style very much.
