お天気の日曜日。
近所の散歩したらあちこちで、梅の花がキレイに咲き誇っていました。
梅の花って、なんか可憐で清楚でいいですね。
1本目 ドメーヌ ペッシュ プイエ ブラン 2018 1,100円
ラングドック・ミネルヴォワ産の白ワイン。
ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン90%とシャルドネ10%で仕込まれたサステイナブル・ワインです。
透明感のあふれる味わい、澄んだ銘水を思わせます。
きれいな果実味、心地良い柑橘系の酸、研ぎ澄まされたミネラル感。
1000円ちょっとのワインの味とは思えないクオリティーだとワタシは思います。
もっと売れてもいいと思うのですが、ワタシの力不足は否めません。
2本目 ドメーヌ ペッシュ プイエ ルージュ 2018 1,100円
赤はミネルヴォワ産のカリニャン、グルナッシュ、シラー、サンソーで仕込まれています。
混じり気のないピュアな果実味。
濃厚なタイプの赤ワインですが、オフフレーバーが皆無の丸みを帯びたマイルドな口当たり。
上品で優雅な赤ワインです。
こういうエレガントなワインがミネルヴォワではよく見つかるのですが、この価格でこの品質って珍しいです。
もっと売れてもいいと思う。もっと頑張れ、オレ。。。

I found a lot of blooming plum blossoms while out for a walk neighborhood.

1st Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2018 1100 yen
It is made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay grown at the estate vineyards in Minervois Languedoc by sustainable farming.
I felt elegant fruits, fresh citrus and fine minerals.
The taste was very pure, natural and clean.
It has a very high cost performance, I think.
2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Rouge 2018 1100 yen
It is made from 35% Carignan, 30% Grenche, 20% Cinsault and 15% Syrah grown at the estate vineyards in Minervois Languedoc by sustainable farming.
I felt very dense fruits, mild tannin, good acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.
You can often find such elegant red wine in Minervois.
However, it is difficult to find such high quality wine with this price, I think.
