節酒モードで、今日も1本だけにします。
ノストラーダ ロゼ 2016 950円 ＋ 税
余計な味のないドライなロゼです。
スペイン内陸部で収穫されたガルナッチャで仕込まれています。
少し飲み頃は過ぎたかな？
でも、まだまだ大丈夫。
しっかりとしたロゼワインです。
二人で一本飲んで先週の木曜日に飲み残していた、シャトーペスキエのテラスがあったのを思い出しました。
ボトル半分以上残っていたので、せっかくなので飲みました。抜栓から5日たっていましたが、全然大丈夫。むしろ、美味しくなっているかも。
やはり節酒はなかなか難しいですね。

I had to keep a wine drink cutting down.
I tasted only one bottle with daimao-sama.
Nostrada Rose 2016 950 yen + tax
It is made from 100% Garnacha grown in the central Spain.
It is a clean and dry rose wine.
It may already go by the peak.
But it is no problem.
It is still drinkable.
Then l remembered I had a leftover wine from5 days ago, Chateau Pesquie Terrasses.
I tasted that one.
It was still tasty, very good!
I was sure that it is difficult to cut down on drinking.
