近所のスーパーで、抜群に新鮮なイサキをゲット。
お刺身だけ、お料理を担当しました。
イサキのお刺身、とても美味しかったです。
1本目 アンドリュー・ピース ワインメーカーズ・ノート セミヨン・ソーヴィニヨン・ブラン 2019 1,280円 ＋ 税
オーストラリア・ヴィクトリア州の北部に位置するスワンヒル産の白ワイン。
アンドリュー・ピースといえば親も同然の有名ワイナリーです。
大手ワイナリーの寡占が進むオーストラリアにあって、家族経営のワイナリーとしては最大規模を誇ります。
で、やっぱすごいのは、規模が大きくても徹底したサステイナブル思想の元、すごく丁寧なワインづくりをしていること。
これキレイなワインです。
ピュアな果実味、繊細な酸ときれいなミネラル感。じゃまな味わいが一切ありません。
私のツボです。
昔のビッグでファットなオーストラリア・ワインの真逆のスタイルですね。
メーカー参考価格は1,280円ですが、スーパーの店頭とか1,000円くらいで売っているみたいです。
抜群のコストパフォーマンスですね。
2本目 アンドリュー・ピース ワインメーカーズ・ノート カベルネ・シラーズ 2019 1,280円 ＋ 税
白のセミヨン・ソーヴィニヨンと並んで、赤のカベルネとシラーのブレンドはオーストラリアの定番ですね。
カベシラと聞くと、思いフルボディタイプのワインを想像しますが、これはサラサラのエレガント系。
アルコールも13.5％ と低めに抑えられています。
なんと、daimajoさまが、「これ、おいしい！」 と言っています。
しかも氷を入れずに飲んでいます。ふーん、これ大丈夫なんですね。
このワイン、最近あちこちで見かけますが、やっぱり美味しいからなんですね。
大手が造って大手が輸入するオーストラリアワインとは、全くの別物。
正直ワタシはオーストラリアには安くて美味しいワインはないと今まで思っていました。
いや、おじさん（おじいさん？）、まいった。

I got a very fresh “Isaki” and cooked it to “Sashimi”.
Very good!
1st Andrew Peace Winemakers Notes Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2019 1280 yen + tax
It is made from Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc grown in Swan Hill, Victoria, Australia by sustainable method.
Andrew Peace is a very popular family winery there.
It’s a very clean style white wine.
I like the pure fruits, nice acidity and good minerals.
It’ s just my favorite style of white wine.
It is totally opposite against my stereotype image of Australia white wine, which is big, fat and strong.
Because 1280 yen is the catalog price, you can buy this one with under 1000 yen at supermarkets.
It is super reasonable, I think.
2nd Andrew Peace Winemakers Notes Cabernet Shiraz 2019 1280 yen + tax
The blend of Cabernet and Shiraz is very popular one in Australia.
My image of the blend is dark, dense, concentrated full-body.
However, this one is totally opposite, too.
I felt very pure fruits, nice acidity, soft tannin and mild mouthfeel.
The style is really cool and elegant.
I had thought that there was no reasonable Australia wine in this class in Japan.
I was wrong.
I want to recommend this one for all.
