スマホをiPhone SE に変えました。
今まで使っていた iPhone 7 と全く同じ大きさだし、アプリとデータの引っ越しもあっという間にできました。
昔は携帯の機種変更は、ひとつの大仕事でしたが。
なんか機種変更した感じが、今回ほとんどないですね。

1本目 シャトー フォングラーブ ブラン 2017 1,150円 ＋ 税
珍しいセミヨン100%の辛口ボルドーブランです。
セミヨンの優しい果実味が印象的。
自然農法ならではのピュアな口当たり。
酸味は穏やかですが、しっかりとしたミネラル感があって、まったくモタつきません。
いいワインです。
2本目 シャトー フォングラーブ ルージュ 2015 1,300円 ＋ 税
赤はメルロー90%、カベルネ・フラン10% のブレンド。
店頭の在庫は、2016年に切り替わっていますので、2015年はこれが最後の一本。
ワイナリーのあるサン・マケール地区は赤のAOC指定がないので、ただのボルドーAOCになりますが、
そのクオリティーは、フロンサックやカスティヨンの優良プティシャトーと比べて全く遜色がないと思います。
で、値段は半額くらいの設定。
オーナーのフランソワとは、もう25年の付き合いになります。
もはやレジェンドです。

I have changed my iPhone from 7 to SE.
The size of SE is as same as 7.
I could set up the new phone very easily.
I don’t feel my phone has changed.
1st Cheateu Fongrave Blanc 2017 1100 yen + tax
It is made from 100% Semillon grown in St.-Macaire Bordeaux.
You don’t find dry Semillon Bordeaux so often, do you?
I like the rich fruits and comfortable mouthfeel.
Even though the acidity level is low, the taste is very cool because it has a lot of fine minerals.
I was sure again it is a very nice white Bordeaux.
2nd Cheateu Fongrave Rouge 2015 1300 yen + tax
The red is made from 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.
The stock has already changed to vintage 2016.
It is the last vintage 2015
As St.- Macaire doesn’t have their own AOC, it becomes only Bordeaux AOC.
However, the quality is as same as very fine Castillon AOC or Fronsac AOC, I think.
The price is under half of them.
I have kept the long friendship with Francois, the owner of the winery, over 25 years.
It is a legend.
