イタリア・ピエモンテの、新しくお取引を始めたワイナリーからの新入荷です。
サンタ セラファは、ピエモンテの銘醸ワイン”ガヴィ”の中心地に18ヘクタールの葡萄園を持つ小さなワイナリー。
ガヴィって、いろんなスタイルとクオリティーに分かれますが、これ間違いなくトップクラスに美味しいガヴィだと思います。
なんとも自然でピュアな果実味、透き通るような柑橘系の酸、研ぎ澄まされたミネラル感と長いアフター。
試飲サンプル飲む前には、全く買う気がなかったけど、飲んでみたらあんまり美味しくてつい買ってしまったワインです。
2本目 アラルディカ バルベーラダスティ セッピ 2015 1,620円+税
平均樹齢40年超の古木のバルベーラ100％から仕込まれたアラルディカの上級ワイン。
とにかく、エレガントな赤い果実の風味ぎっしりと詰まっています。
きめ細やかな密度の高いタンニンと、余韻の長いアフターテイストも素晴らしい。
よいワインです。とてもよいワインです。
仔羊にぴったりでした。

1st Tenuta Santa Seraffa Gavi di Gavi 2018 1850 yen New Arrivals
It is a new arrival from Piemonte Italy.
The styles of Gavi are very different.
I think this one is one of the top classes of Gavi.
I felt very rich & pure fruits, beautiful citrus, outstandingly fine minerals and a long & comfortable after taste.
Before I tasted the tasting sample of this one, I was not going to buy it.
But I bought because the quality was outstanding.
2nd Araldica Barbera d’Asti Ceppi Storici 2015 1620 yen
It is an upper grade cuvee in Araldica made from 100% old vine’s Barbera.
I like this very concentrated-beautiful red berries.
I also like the super-silky tannins and a long & comfortable after taste.
It is a really nice Barbera.
It was very good for Lamb today!
