庭のカベルネの剪定と、枝の誘引を行ないました。
花がつかずに伸び放題の新梢２本を落として、枝を棚の内側に引っ張りました。
こんなんで、いいのかしらん？
そろそろベト病対策もせねば。
１本目 ベルクール シャルドネ 2016 1,080円 再入荷
しばらく欠品していたベルクールのシャルドネが再入荷しました。
濃厚なフルーツに、心地よい樽熟成のニュアンスもあります。
濃いけど、酸とミネラル感と、なんかこうフワっとした口当たりがあって、まったくべたつきません。
ちょっと高いワインみたいな味わいがあります。
やはり根強い人気があるのがよく分かりました。
２本目 マルキドボーラン カベルネ ソーヴィニヨン 2017 830円
マルキの赤も、やはり美味しい。
しっかりとカベルネの品種の特性があって、あときわめてバランスのよい味わい。
じゃまな味が一切なくて、とてもキレイな味わい。
カーヴドリラックスで一番売れているワインだということが、これまたよく分かりました。

1st Bellecourt Chardonnay 2016 1080 yen
Finally, we received the new arrivals of this Languedoc Chardonnay, which was out of stock for a while.
It has a very concentrated fruits and some good cask maturing nuance.
Because it also has nice acidity and minerals, the style is very cool and elegant.
I felt some taste like an expensive wine.
Tasty!
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 830 yen
It is very good Languedoc red wine, too.
I felt the typical character of Cabernet, nice fruits, good acidity and mild tannin.
I didn’t feel any bad taste disturbing my palate.
It is so well-balanced.
Very good!
