定番のラングドックの白ワイン。
しっかりとした果実味、キレイな酸、しっかりとしたミネラル感。
基本がしっかりしている感じです。
いつ飲んでも美味しいです。
2本 トートワーズ クリーク メルロー・カベルネ 2017 1,030円
こちらの定番の赤ワイン。
かつては、ニューワールドを思わせる濃厚フルボディなスタイルでしたが、すっかりエレガント系なワインに変わりました。
しっかりと酸ののった果実の風味、さらりとしたタンニン、心地よいアフター。
ロングセラーにはワケがあります。

However, the style has change to a cool & elegant style.
I felt nice red berries, elegant tannin and comfortable after taste.
