A sparkling wine made with a blend of Airen and Maccabeu from Languedoc.
It’s an ordinary bubble, but I kind of like it.
I felt a gentle mouthfeel that passes smoothly through the throat.
It is a wine that always makes me feel relieved.
2nd Araldica Piemont Barbera 2019 1,100 yen
It is made from 100% Barbera grown in Piemonte.
The red fine acidity was impressive.
Although it has been aged for 3 years, it has a very fresh mouthfeel.
Barbera has a strong acidity, so it lasts a long time.
I think this price in Piemont red is a super bargain.
