After reflecting on it, I was able to return to my normal mind when I was cooking.

As you probably know, Pinot Grigio is a relative of Pinot Noir.
Pinot Noir has a black peel, and Pinot Blanc has a white peel.
And the gray peel is Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris).
I think it is the perfect embodiment of Pure & Natural, which is a style of Relax Wine.
I felt transparent fruit flavor, citrus acid that stretches beautifully, and a pleasant minerality.
It healed my disturbed heart.
2nd al& dile Pinot Nero 2018 1,650 yen
As you probably know, Pinot Nero is the Italian name for Pinot Noir.
This is an elegant wine reminiscent of Burgundy.
I felt concentrated fruits flavor, pure and beautiful acidity, seamless tannins, and a smooth mouthfeel.
It has all the flavors I want in a Pinot Noir.
I think it’s a really good Pinot Noir.
