It is a rose wine from Lombardy, Italy.
It is made from 90% Pinot Grigio and 10% Pinot Noir.
The pink color is the color of the peel of Pinot Noir.
I felt the sweet and sour fruit taste like strawberries.
I was impressed in the acid that stretches beautifully.
The pure and fresh taste fills your mouth.
It is very tasty.
I’m sure anyone will say that this is delicious no matter who drinks it.
2nd Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone 2022 1,580 yen
It is a BIO wine from the Rhone in the south of France.
It made from organically grown Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault by wild yeast without sulfite.
It has a dense red fruit flavor that seems to be layered on top of each other, a highly astringent acid, and a mellow mouthfeel.
It has a nuance that is somewhat reminiscent of high-class Burgundy wine.
It’s delicious.
It also went well with Oden.
