I had a dinner at Sushi Sato in Shin-Yurigaoka.

The sashimi here was really nice and delicious, as always.

 

 

I had a live Kawahagi cooked in front of me.

It was exquisite.

 

 

The grilled food was Saba.

Saba, Bian!

 

 

I love a Shirako.

It was a raw milt without hot water.

This was also exquisite.

 

 

I also had a raw milt with Gunkan-Maki.

It’s too tasty.

The wine I brought was Hamada Vineyard Bacchus 2021 and Relax Wine Beaujolais Nouveau.

 

 

I shared a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau with the group next to me.

I received the impression that it was delicious.

 

 

I had a Chutoro Sushi Roll at last.

 

I enjoyed delicious sushi and very good wine.
