I had a Yakiniku dinner today.

 

 

I got a cut off Wagyu black beef from Aomori.

It wasn’t cut for Yakiniku, but it was tender and very tasty.

 

 

Thinly sliced yakiniku was also good.

 

 

Wine of theToday

Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone 2022  1,580 yen

It’s grilled meat, but I chose a white wine.

It is a BIO wine from the Cotes du Rhone, France.

It is made from 70% Grenache Blanc, 10% Clairette, 10% Bourboulenc and 10% Viognier grown without pesticides and fermented by wild yeast.

I felt thick, mellow fruit flavor and outstanding minerality.

The taste is natural and clear.

It is a wine that has both a pleasant drink and a smooth mouthfeel.

It was also perfect for yakiniku.

 

 

Also, today I drank Junmai Daiginjo sake.
