I made a lot of apology phone calls all days long from yesterday.
1st Sogga pere et Fils Sauvignon Blanc Ordinaire 2015
It is made by Mr. Soga in Obuse Winery from 100% Sauvingnon Blanc grown in Domaine Kakuto Vineyards in Takayama Nagano.
It is a truly clean and beautiful white wine.
I love these elegant citrus and fine minerals.
I am sure it is an outstanding Sauvignon Blanc.
The price is super reasonable, too!
2nd Hayakawa Vin de la Vigne Sauvage 2015
It is made by Haramo Winery from 100% Yama Sauvignon, a hybrid grape born from Japanese wild grape and Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in Hayakawa Yamanashi.
I felt a lot of fine red berries.
A little sweetness and strong acidity made a very good marriage.
I think it is one of the best wild grape wine I have ever tasted.
Delicious!
