Oct. 14
Due to the long rains in June, Cabernet in my garden was stricken by black illness and left alone.
When I looked at it today, the second clusters had grown big and I was starting to velaison.
It has grown to the third clusters, too.
The first clusters are already in a mummified state…
The vitality of the grapes is amazing.
Well, it’s been a busy week.
Today I stopped cooking and had dinner at a conveyor belt sushi in my neighborhood.
As always, I tasted Puglia white wine with sushi.
It is tasteless and delicious.
After all, the wine is definitely for sushi.
