I received a new dinning table, which I had ordered last month.
I was very happy.
Then I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I was very happy to have a Temaki-Sushi dinner on the new table!
1st Rubaiyat Koshu Karoyaka 2020
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Katsunuma Yamanashi.
Karoyaka means light and elegant.
It is fermented by wild yeasts without the sugar adding.
Even though the alcohol degree is low, 10.5%, I felt enough body from rich fruits.
Also, I enjoyed the elegant acidity and comfortable minerals.
I hope all of the style of Koshu Wines will go in the direction of this one.
2nd Chase the Grape Chenin Blanc 2020
The second wine today was a white wine, too.
It is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grown in Paarl South Africa by organic method.
This one is also light and elegant style as South Africa wine.
I felt dense fruits, good acidity and very fine minerals.
Well, it’s so tasty, so delicious.
It was very good for the Temaki-Sushi today.
I enjoyed a nice Temaki-Sushi on the new table.
It was a very happy night!
