I got a big Matodai fished at the local bay.
I cooked it for Sashimi.
This one was outstandingly delicious!
1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2019 1580 yen
Because I cooked a very fine sashimi, I chose my most favorite white wine in Relax Wine.
I tasted this one at the second time in this month.
I love the elegant fruits, beautiful citrus and fine minerals.
It was very, very good for sashimi today.

2nd al & dile Pinit Nero 2018 1650 yen
Because I drank up the white wine very quickly, I went to the forbidden second wine.
It is my most favorite red wine in Relax Wine.
I love the charming red berries, delicate acidity and elegant tannins.
What a nice Pinot Noir is this!
