1st Antugnac La Closerie des Lys Blanc 2018  1100 yen

It is made from 35% Chardonnay, 35% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Vermentino grown in Limoux Languedoc by sustainable method.

I felt pure fruits, beautiful acidity and fine minerals.

The mouthfeel was very cool and natural because of the cool climate in Limoux.

It was very good for both oysters and chicken.

Tasty! Tasty!

2nd Turckheim Pinot Noir 2018  2000 yen

My new regulation, which I can taste only one bottle per day, gradually disappeared.

I opened Alsace Pinot Noir at the second.

It was really fine Pinot Noir.

I felt charming berries, concentrated fruits and beautiful acidity.

The taste was truly pure, natural and elegant.

The price is very reasonable compared with Burgundy Pinot Noir.

I wanted to drink a whole bottle but I stopped at half.
