Chateau Canet is a fine family winey in Languedoc.
It is made from Roussanne and Boulboulenc grown in Minervois Languedoc.
I felt pure fruits, nice citrus and comfortable minerals.
I was sure that this one is a very excellent white wine in Languedoc.
2nd Chateau Canet Minervois Rouge 2017 1800 yen + tax
The red is made from Syrah and Grenache grown in Minervois by Terra Vitis method.
Floris, the owner & winemaker, was born in Burgundy and produced wine at several fine Domaine there.
I felt the typical elegance with this one like a Burgundy fine red wine.
I was sure that it is a very excellent red wine in Minervois, too.
